There are many possible means of transport to reach the Hague.

For visitors from overseas, the main arrival airport in Holland is Schiphol, situated just outside Amsterdam.

There are also two other airports, Eindhoven and Rotterdam. The latter is the closest to The Hague.

In addition to air travel, there are good connections by road for those wishing to drive to the venue and Holland has a reliable bus and train service both of which have good international connections.

Many delegates will prefer to get a taxi from Schiphol airport so we have negotiated a special fare with a local taxi firm in The Hague. See below for details.

If arranged in advance Haagsche City Tax B.V. will transport delegates to and from Schiphol airport and The Hague for €58 either way (i.e. €116 return), with a €5 additional charge for each additional pick. The negotiated fare is conditional on there being no delays on your arrival at the airport. If the taxi has to wait beyond the free parking time at the airport parking charges will be added to the fare.

Please contact the taxi firm by email or fax to make a reservation, stating that you will attend the EVDS congress. Within reason the firm will try to combine the reservations to reduce the individual costs.
