As The Hague is a large city, we have selected a few hotels in the vicinity of the congress location for you to choose from. We have negotiated special prices with these hotels (listed below).

If you choose to book another place to stay, please be certain to check in advance about transportation to the congress location.

Please note that there are several other congresses taking place in The Hague in September as well as the European Congress of Veterinary Dentistry. Therefore it might be difficult to find accommodation if you do not book early. The Hotel booking Organisation advises to book your accomodation before July 19th, as after that date a rush on hotel rooms is expected.

There is a tram stop within easy walking distance of the hotel. The tram takes about 8 minutes to reach the stop nearest to the Museon, from which it is a 2 minutes walk to the congress location.
